Artimeta Wall Lamp / Mirror XXL designed by Mathieu Mategot (attrib.) in the 1950s. It also might be possible Floris Fiedeldij designed it, this is not very clear. This is the large version, which is very rare!
Fantastic design! Off White lacquered (original) perforated metal with a mirror in the middle. It has 4 sockets behind the mirror and has a pull string on/off switch.
Due to the perforations the lamp gives fantastic light when lit. It is checked and in good working order.
The lamp is in good original condition. No damages, just little wear due to age and usage. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
