Among the most iconic products of the Sormani company, these nightstands, designed by Claudio Salocchi in 1962, were conceived with versatility in mind, in that, they can also be used as side tables in a living room, or as a side table next to an armchair or for many other uses. They are made of wood and veneered in rosewood with small burnished brass handles. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
