This fine late 19th Century piece has fabulous form with detailed design showing the precision of crafting the mane, the hoofs and the detail of the ears and the face, casting the muscle definition to show the realistic appearance of the piece, even inserting glass eyes, as well as putting in character in an inquisitive look to his features.

This horse sculpture had a terrific patina with the perfect crackled texture in the grain to make the original authentic condition.
