Brutalist Hand-Formed Bronze Raku Ceramic Handled Vintage Vessel With Drain Hole
This brutalist style hand-formed raku vessel displays the distinctive characteristics of traditional raku pottery, including uneven surfaces, an irregular lip, and functional side handles. The vessel's exterior is textured with visible kiln effects, showcasing the artist's focus on form and surface interaction during the firing process. The interior is glazed with a deep, reflective finish, while the vessel's base bears marks indicative of rapid cooling. The piece's rustic nature and rough-hewn appearance emphasize the transformative power of fire in shaping the material.
