The surface treatment is veneer, beautiful drawing and varnish. They have minor signs of use, but are in very good condition for their age. Small paint repairs can be seen on the side. Made in Czechoslovakia, quality production. Very nice vintage pieces, well made, still in very good condition. They are solid and stable.
