Designed and Illustrated by George Him, the two plays, in one volume, are housed in a heavy brown card slipcase. The book's front cover features a stunning, falling-leaf design in shades of brown.“The Devil’s Disciple” is set during the American Revolutionary War and follows Richard Dudgeon, a self-proclaimed “Devil’s disciple” who ends up making a Christ-like sacrifice." “Caesar and Cleopatra” is GBS's take on the relationship between Julius Caesar and Cleopatra, full of Shaw's irony and humor. The book is in excellent condition - clean, bright, unmarked. The slipcase is faded, along its edges, but is sturdy & intact.
