This piece is titled "Time to Make Something". It probably dates to the 1990's. It is titled and signed on the back. It features a clock and time theme. The sculpture has a few repairs I believe, the chain holding the key appears repaired. There are some other areas that are worn and show age appropriate wear. All in all a great piece of Folk Art.
