Antique Old Paris Lahoche Palais Royal Paris Petite Fours Server Cake Dish - Hand-Painted.
Elegant centerpiece Compote with a floral garland accented by a Blue Ribbon design and edged in Gold gilt.
The underside of the compote has little bouquets of flowers and Gold gilt.
A very unusual piece - the plate part and the footed base are two separate sections - that are held together by a screw and a wing nut.
Measures:
4 1/2" Tall
Diameter across the top - 9"
Diameter of the base is 5"
Hallmarked on the inside of the base in gold script.
The server is in VERY GOOD vintage condition with the exception of slight gold loss on the rims and some loss of color on the blue ribbon design.
The screw and the nut are rusted.
