Padre Americo was an honored Priest who helped … Read more These rare, amazing trunks were purchased years ago at an antique show. Padre Americo was an honored Priest who helped the poor in Portugal. He lived from October 23, 1887- July 16, 1956. There is a monument, a hospital, a square gaden in his honor in Portugal. There are two books (different authors) that I have found written in in his honor.
The trunks age is consistant with his early adult life, the early 20th century. The leather is old and detailing extremely well done. See less
