Vintage Herman Miller desk/table lamp. It is labeled Model # G6310 on the bottom. The switch matches the burgundy diffuser. It has a heavy black metal base and it is in excellent working condition. This lamp was designed by Bill Stumpf at Herman Miller. They recalled these because they were a fire hazard due to the light bulbs getting too hot and melting the shade. It’s rare to find these with the shade and this should be used only with an LED bulb. A true collector’s piece!!
Measurements: Total Lamp Height 26.5" tall
Shade 15" diameter x 8" base diameter
Condition is very good overall with minimal signs of use. Please note the top of the shade has a small part that is melted. ( see photos)
