Editions and unique pieces

These works were inspired by “early light” – flat backlighting with its silhouette-like, backlit contours and mysterious light surfaces.
Over time, weak, shadowy slits of light become areas of light that merge into mysterious shapes.
Light, backlight and shadow change the form, shape and mood of the sculpture.

Each sculpture is made by hand, signed and numbered.
The surfaces are also processed manually and therefore have slightly different structures, characteristics and color nuances, even in editions.

The light sources - LEDs of various types - can be replaced in all sculptures. The operating life of the LEDs is up to 50,000 hours (compared to an incandescent lamp: 1,000 hours).

The objects are generally only equipped with dimmers as on/off switches - if desired, a standard cord switch can also be installed.
However, we recommend using switchable radio-controlled sockets, as this allows you to maintain your favorite lighting mood without having to use the unfortunately quite unsightly, standardized cord switches. Signed by Maker,
