Oil painting of a riverscape on Okoume board (similar to mahogany) with sun setting in the distance and cottage in the foreground by Satori Gregorakis. Signed in the lower left corner. Framed
Satori Gregorakis (b. Long Island, N.Y., 1943-) I paint scenes in the tradition and style of old masters. I like being surrounded by classical paintings. At the heart of my process is the careful and deliberate preparation of surface.
Satori’s paintings are widely collected both nationally and internationally.
