CONDITION: This item is sold in the same condition as it is the day it was photographed in our studio. This furniture is sold in "As Is" condition. Items not subjected to the restoration process can often ship out a lot faster than normal. Since our contemporary furniture does not automatically go through the same restoration process as our mid century furniture, most of our contemporary pieces can ship within a faster 4 to 6 weeks, depending on which of our shippers are going to your area of the country at what time.
