This vintage pair of guardian lions from Europe, created of cast-stone, feature each dog in side-sitting position with expressive faces reflected in their open mouths with teeth and tongue exposed, and a single front paw up- with one having a paw on a tethered ball, while the other dog's paw is on the head of a mythological creature. These pieces retain much of their original green paint, with a nicely aged patina throughout. This pair of European Foo Dogs stand approximately 20 inches in height, and will make wonderful art pieces flanking a door or entryway, which could be used both indoors or out. See less
