A very charming modernist style mid-century Cityscape - street scene impressionist painting, executed in oil on stretcher canvas. Signed in the lower right side corner by the artist R. LAFORES. C.1970's.
The combination of rich and uplifting colours as well as confidently executed expressive palette knife invigorates the painting with a very positive energy.
This oil on canvas painting is housed in an carved wood frame that adds character to the piece. A hanging wire attached to the reverse side.
