A fine miniature bronze sculpture.
Modeled in style similar to the French Animaliers like Barye, Bonheur or Mêne.
In the form of a cormorant bird.
Mounted on a black wooden square plinth.
Marked to the cormorant's left foot for 441/103.
Simply a wonderful small bronze figurine!

It is in overall good, as-pictured, used estate condition.
Condition Details:
There are losses to the black paint throughout the wooden plinth, and the pad on the bottom of the plinth is slightly loose on one side. Otherwise, there are some fine & light surface scratches and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
