Despite no signature of artist signed ,apparently we can see typical brushstrokes technic used by Cezanne applying rich thick multiple layers of pigments to objects as we saw in many Cesare's paintings of his favorable landscape of Mont Sainte-Victoire. Post impressionist painting completely changed the face of Western painting, from objective expression to subjective expression, and made it modern. .Under the influence of Cessna's creative ideas and artistic concepts, Fauvism, Cubism , Expressionism , Abstractionism , etc. emerged. we can find Cezanne's influence in this painting from the form of trees, roof of houses to loop of mountain that are not realistic in detail . Unlike classical painting or impressionism that focus only
on objective light and colors, this painting focus on artist perception and own unique expression.

This great Painting originally was bought in Quebec 30 years ago ,where French culture and language dominates. We are not sure it came from France or was produced by local artist ，neither the year of production.
