The mirror frame is shaped and has wonderfully shaped top and bottom pieces which extend the mirror's height and give it more grandeur than a simple frame. In the top part of the frame is a hand carved eagle, which of course is the symbol of American independence, strength and wisdom. Tiger maple is such a gorgeous wood with exceptional graining.
