It’s a versatile piece, serving as a desk, console/ sofa back table or breakfast nook dining table. Patina as expected for age with many marks / scratches to the paint surface. Wood carving very charming and gilt painted Chinese motifs with foliage/ bamboo and birds. Sides fold down to 34” overall width. Clearance at carved curtain for knees is 23.5” high. Has a middle stretcher and is very stable. Marks / scratches per photos - one water glass (white circular mark) is on top, with other areas missing some lacquer / gilding.
