Maritime shipping harbor scene oil painting on canvas signed lower left E. H. Fletcher. It depicts a steamship surrounded by coal barges and a city skyline beyond. Edward Henry Eugene Fletcher (1857-1945) was a British painter known for his harbor scenes on the river Thames. Fletcher's works have sold in major international auction houses such as Christies. It comes nicely framed ready to display.
