Way back when phones actually had to be plugged into a wall, this super cute piece of furniture was very important. It held the phone on a little round glass tabletop, had storage space for the telephone book in case you forgot the number and a convenient cushioned seat for all those hours talking the night away and coiling the rotary cord around your finger.
Would be a fun photo op in today’s iphone world, or just use little creativity to give it a new life. It’s in excellent condition and very attractive with Chippendale fretwork/flower design accents.
