Artfully handmade by the famous glass artist on this well known little island near Venice, this extraordinary looking Murano vase has been made using the so-called "flash glass" technique. A very complex procedure, where a flat or hollow glass contains two ore more different colored layers. In this special case a very own looking, organic and at the same time artfully design - reminding us a little bit of dried out, broken earth - was chosen and combined with this beautiful special dark blue tone on the inside. A gorgeous looking, thick blue glass thread that wraps around the vases neck finalizes the incredible look of this rare flash glass Murano vase.
