Classic table lamp with a raw and exciting design. The "Bestlite" lamp was designed in 1930 by the English designer Robert Dudley Best. During World War II, it became the status of a national icon when Winston Churchill had such a standing on his desk in the shelter under Whitehall. Beautiful and industrial design fits into all types of interiors and environments. The adjustable shade makes the BL2 a perfect reading lamp that fits the desktop perfectly. Fully articulated at lamp hood and bottom of stem. Good vintage condition with minor wear. Takes candelabra base bulb. See less
