Desk has cool black … Read more This item is an all wood, solidly built, vintage desk with all solid wood drawer construction. Desk has cool black supports on the bottom. While classic Mid-Century Modern, it has a kind of Art Deco look to it as well. Space for chair is 24" high x 23.5" wide x 14.5" deep (on both sides of the desk). 3 drawers are 11.5" wide x 5.25" / 6" high x 23" deep (one drawer is missing recessed metal piece but has been painted with metal finish). 1 drawer is 17" wide x 2" high x 21" deep. Has 12" wide x 21" long pull-out side board. Some wear consistent with age and some use, but only on leading edge. Top is in great. shape and looks like an old growth, tight grain, maple (or oak?) with beautiful patina. See less

One of the drawers is missing the recessed back metal piece of the handle, which is now painted with a metal paint (you can hardly tell the difference). less
