The French know all about cooking and the really good chefs have used copper cookware since forever! We found these delightful antique copper pan set (5) in a southern France outdoor market in 2011. Told by the seller that they were made in the mid-1800's. The interiors were probably silver lined and have cast iron handles. None of the pans have been cleaned, polished or even used (watched way too many episodes of Antiques Roadshow). Excellent condition based on age and history.
