The subdued colors of apricot, olive and avocado greens and browns are crafted in an impasto style which creates depth to the painting. The massive boulders are accented by slender, off-white flowers. This beautiful image is surrounded by a beveled deep set custom wood frame in chestnut color with soft gold.

Signed by the artist in the lower right hand corner, the late Gary Adcock. He was known listed artist in the 1960-70's showing his work in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma with his studio/gallery being in Dallas, Texas (from askart.com).
