The chair has been at Ankie @ Ankie stoffeert ; the original leather was in good condition and needed some care. The inner rubber form has been replaced with modern materials on the advice of Mr. Grierson. This chair is probably one of just a few with the original leather. Check out the original first production series and prototype photographs. (With courtesy of Mr. Grierson.) This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
