Beautiful 19th Century Mirrored Fireplace Screen, in Great condition. This item was purchased at an antique store 25 years ago and has been in storage for 20. It was never used in a fireplace or near a fire and I don’t recommend it. It is a decorative Mirror that looks amazing on a window sill for privacy or atop a buffet or chest of drawers or on the hearth of a small fireplace .
The starburst is cut into the glass on the backside and smooth to the touch on the front surface.
The back of the mirror is in a brown material that has scuffs and a tear consistent with its age. See photos
