Created on canvas, the surface was sculpted with a high-thickness modeling paste, then precisely engraved using the back of a paintbrush. Once hardened, the canvas was prepared for the application of silver leaf over the entire background. Subsequently, selected areas were gilded with gold leaf, creating a vibrant contrast between gold and silver. Finally, an oil glaze was applied to intensify the chiaroscuro and lighting effects. This piece, a collaboration between Lola Vitelli and Giuseppe Caiafa, is framed in an elegant black lacquered wooden frame with silver leaf inserts. Painting Size 50x60.
