This acrylic on board painting is by the artist David Thomas and was recently acquired from a Palm Beach estate. The piece is quite detailed and with the gray and black tones you sense the evening time and the silver-toned frame is a perfect combination of colors.
Note: On the lower right side of painting a life-preserve with LLC South Bank which refers to the location being on the south bank of the Thames.
