Arturo Rodriguez Abstract Painting, Cuban American Artist, c1980
Offered for sale is an untitled, figurative oil on canvas by the Cuban American artist Arturo Rodriguez. Born in Cuba in 1956, Rodriguez moved to Spain with his family in 1971 and two years later they settled in Miami. Rodriguez's works have achieved great acclaim and have been widely exhibited from Switzerland to France, Canada, Spain, Mexico, Panama, and Colombia. They are featured in the collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Jerusalem Museum, Norton Gallery of Art and Bass Museum of Art, among others.
The canvas is mounted floating recessed on board with a molded wood frame. Art, 30.5"H by 22"W.
