Offered for sale is a stunning oil painting by Walter Emerson Baum (1884 – 1956)
Walter Baum was born in Sellersville, Pennsylvania and Baum was one of the few Pennsylvania impressionist artists actually born in Bucks County. He attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in 1905 and 1906, studying with Thomas Pollock Anshutz, Hugh H. Breckenridge, William Merritt Chase and Cecilia Beaux.
