The painting appears to be of a crowd around a Hot Rod on a Pier or near a ship. The painting is signed lower right and has inscription, also has inscription on the reverse. Signature might possibly be Kaj Ohlsen, it’s very hard to read.

Condition: Some water staining and light warping to the cardboard. Painting may be unfinished or that was the intent.
