It has dove tail drawers two of which are fitted with cloth silverware inserts. The bottom 4 cabinets each have one shelf . This hutch has been passed down within our family since 1961. It has been well cared for and it’s beautiful cherry wood grain with a fruitwood finish gives it a more subtle light tan (pecan)hue. The term fruitwood refers to the color many of the fruit bearing woods develop once they reach their long term patina which is a soft light tan . It’s a piece that has transcended the generations and the different styles we have enjoyed over the years ( mostly by the widely varied collector items that we displayed on the shelves of the hutch.
