Oneida brand in their Hi-Light pattern which was made from 1929-1935. This tray is in excellent condition with NO major damage. No breaks nor repairs. Only mild tarnish and some very fine superficial scratches, please enlarge photos. Beautiful Deco trim and chased tray area. The height is .75" at the tray edge and taller at the handles.
