Hand-hewn from old-growth timbers of solid walnut, it was produced using time-honored techniques of full mortise & tenon joinery that has been shimmed for extra strength and tightness over the centuries. Forged iron hinges support two hand carved cabinet doors below which allow more discreet storage, while three full-width surfaces above allows one to display most anything for all to appreciate. Note the hand-hewn solid planks on the back side which both enclose the casework as well as add even more reinforcement to the design.
