Decorate a front entrance, courtyard, or garden façade with this elegant set of four antique French outdoor wall lanterns, crafted circa 1880. Each sconce features a classic tapered trapezoidal form crowned with a domed top and elongated finial, reflecting the understated architectural lines of late 19th century French exterior lighting.
The lantern bodies are fitted with three beveled glass panels enclosing two interior lights, each dressed with decorative candle sleeve covers. A hinged and latched front door allows easy access for maintenance while preserving the authentic period character. The hand-forged iron frames retain their original black painted finish with a richly aged patina, adding depth and warmth to the metal surface.
Each fixture has been newly wired for modern use and is ready for installation. These antique sconces are in excellent condition commensurate with age and use.
Substantial yet refined, this versatile set may be installed together for a dramatic architectural statement or sold as pairs to flank doorways, gates, or garage entrances.
