From the estate of an antique dealer, this antique map is from the 1867 Survey of the Coast of Massachusetts From Muskeget Channel to Buzzards's Bay and entrance to Vineyard Sound, MA.
and Monomoy and Nantucket Shoals to Block Island.
Most likely this was copied from an original a very long time ago and was purchased and framed in New Bedford, MA. A UV protected glass has kept the map in great vintage condition. There is minimal wear to the frame. The last photo shows another map for sale (sold separately) of Boston Harbor.
