LIMITED EDITION -SIMIRA GRANDE- SIMIRONE
From the Italian creftsmen of Murano this magnificent vase made of hand-blown multi-colored glass is entitled "SIMIRA GRANDE". Designed by the renowned Allesandro Mendini, for Venini, Italy.
It stands 28 inches in height and 16 inches in diameter.
Venini produced a limited edition of 50, individually signed and numbered. Ten were allocated to the North American Market with only a few remaining.
Signiture on the base and authentic integrated.
This Vase is numbered 2/50.
It was the largest blown glass made in 1989, the top part is the colored large vase on a base in faceted clear glass block designed by Alessandro Mendini for Venini in 1989.
