The fabric is over 100 years old and comes from the grain or feed sacks used on the farms of Eastern and Central Europe. The texture of the fabric varies greatly from thick and nubby to a more thin linen like feel.
The stripes on the sacks were the farms' branding. The variety in tones and stripes is beautifully varied.

Each sachet is crafted using a combination of cuts from different grain sacks. The back and front are designed to give each side its unique look.

Please note the tone and placement of the stripes will vary. The red and blue striped sachets will have a natural back.
