Presented is vintage Victorian style lamp with hand painted porcelain figurine of a courting couple on a porcelain stander. Exported around 1930 from famous porcelain lamp maker Sitzendorf, Germany.
There are several lamps like this still circulating on the resale market. Not very many though, as the right hand of the female figurine is way too thin and can be easily damaged. So, it will become rare and very expensive pretty soon.
Presented item is in excellent condition, no cracks on the porcelain, colors are still vibrant and beautiful. It is approximately 10" tall and 8" wide.
The electrics have been recently redone so it can be further used as a lamp if you wish.
