Antique TK Thun coffee or tea pot and 3 cups and saucers in the very hard to find Maria Louisa pattern with spring floral motif. Marked Thun Made In Czechoslovakia with a crown and TK above the word Thun. This mark was used from 1939 to 1945.
Coffee/Tea pot measures 9" x 5" x 9"h
Cups measure 4.25" x 3.5" x 3"h
Saucers measure 6" x 6" x 1"h
Thun is the largest producer of Czech porcelain. Count Franz Joseph Thun and J.N. Weber founded Thun in 1794. Thun porcelains are used for official receptions by the President of Czech Republic and many other embassies throughout the world.
