Peter Pfosi (1913-2004) is a Swiss artist whose recognition has radiated throughout the international art world.
Studying fine arts in Basel and then architecture, Peter Pfosi finally settled in Geneva in 1945, in a city that he considered more open and more attentive to art than others. It was in Thônex that he found the place where he could not only live but also work and express his thoughts. Peter Pfosi's artistic approach was experimental in many respects, the artist exploring shapes and colors, subsequently introducing himself to linocut painting.
He died in 2004, at the age of 91, leaving behind an important artistic legacy.
