This tapestry was part of a set of the 'Amusements champêtres', ('The Pastoral Amusements') after Huet’s paintings who renewed for the Aubusson workshop the set designed by Jean-Baptiste Oudry created for Beauvais. Enclosed within a trompe l’oeil frame border with acanthus leaf and floral spray accents. Wool with silk inlay. Measures: 6’5” H x 6’5” W.
