Impressive Chinese export six-panel folding coromandel screen depicting flora and fauna. Constructed from lacquered wooden panels hand carved and painted. Features a rare silver leaf background that make the scene Stand out with vibrant colors and defined lines. Lovely birds, flowers, and green foliage decorate the front while the backside has a traditional black lacquer featuring two colorful cranes. Supported by square shaped legs with brass-clad protection. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
