Stylish opal butterfly ring crafted in 14 karat yellow gold (circa 1970s).

Opals measure 10mm x 4mm and 8mm x 3mm. The opals are in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.

The nugget style design highlights the colorful marquise cut opals with flashes of orange, green, yellow, purple and turquoise. The ring is larger in scale and makes a nice statement on the hand. The low rise ring (5.5mm - 0.21 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.

The ring is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
