Antique Thomas Otley and Sons Silver Plated Sugar Scuttle Sheffield England
A sugar scuttle as the name suggests is designed in the shape of a coal scuttle, a great fun piece for the tea table.
Measurements:
6.5" H x 3.25" W x 7" D
Condition:
Very good antique condition with no sign of dents throughout. The upper handle appears slightly asymmetrical when viewed from certain angles. There was likely a scoop that sat in the back but it is missing. The whole scuttle has lovely tarnish and hasn't been polished in some time, although there is some polish residue on the underside.
