This particular piece was painted in Rome before Domanska immigrated to the U.S. in 1952. Originally purchased from a private estate in Saratoga Springs, New York. See less

The canvas edges were covered with book binding tape, but some is missing on bottom and half of left side. Small area where paint has pulled from canvas left corner (see pic).
