The early 20th century English tallboy linen chest is beautifully made of a rich woods and inlaid trim in a Georgian Directoire style. The construction is sturdy with dovetail joints and consists of two chests- one fits on top of the other. It's finished with a strong top dentil accented capital molding. It comes with a skeleton key on a tassel that fits all of the keyholes, but only one of the locks is functioning. Just a fantastic storage piece with so much history and charm!
