This turn of the century piece is in very nice overall condition, as it was only used during long weekends at a seasonal residence near a ski resort in Maine. The rest of the time it, like the rest of the house, sat idle. First off, it has to be stated that the camera didn't like working with this black object. With the use of flash there were several reflections and without it there was no detail at all so we did the best we could. The sink is in very good condition overall with little wear and a nice glossy finish. Top to bottom conditions: Most of the time we do not include the faucet with the sinks we sell because they are not usually in great shape, but these faucets and spot function properly and look OK. There is some discoloration to the silver in spots and the left handle was broken and has been repaired so now it looks like a crack. The horizontal surface around the bowl looks fine with only some light scratches to be found, and the interior of the bowl is in the same condition with no chips or heavy scratches to be found. The sides and back all look excellent, save for a small, shallow chip on the left rear where it meets the wall. This has been painted to match the rest and in no almost invisible. The entire underside is fine. It looks nearly untouched. There are two white lines that are not scratches, but are part of the make up of the piece. The plumping fixtures are all damage free and ready to use. The pedestal is virtually free of any signs of prior use. The only area found to point out is a small scrape that was not large enough top come out in the pictures. Overall, for a 24 year old sink, this piece is in fine mechanical and cosmetic condition.
